These terms apply to your use of transitaustralia.com.au ("the site"), operated by Uplinkd Group Pty Ltd (ABN 50 660 968 123) as Transit Charters Australia.
What the site is
Transit Charters Australia is an independent referral service. We are not a bus company, a charter operator or a government agency, and we do not own vehicles, employ drivers or take bookings. When you send a request we pass it, with your agreement, to a local charter operator who contacts you directly.
The operator you are referred to
Any booking, payment and trip is between you and that operator. We do not employ its drivers, inspect its vehicles, check its accreditation or guarantee its service, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with it. We cannot tell you whether it has a vehicle free on your date. Before you book, ask how it is accredited in your state and check with the state's transport regulator, ask whether every seat has a seatbelt and get the quote, the times and the cancellation terms in writing.
Information on the site
Guides and other information on the site are general information about charter travel and local rules, as at the date shown. Rules change, so check anything that matters with the authority we link to.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the vehicles, drivers, conduct or charges of an operator you are referred to.
