Corporate and Event Transport

Conference shuttles, staff transport, function transfers and buses for big events: one request with the runs and the numbers, passed to a local operator.

Shuttles between two points

A shuttle runs the same loop again and again: a hotel to a conference venue, a car park to an exhibition or a station to a site visit. Give the operator the two addresses, the first and last run, how often the vehicle should leave and the peak number of people at once. That is enough for it to suggest how many vehicles you need and of what size.

Functions and big events

Stadiums, showgrounds and city venues often have their own coach set-down areas and event traffic plans, and councils set rules for where a bus can stop in the street. Ask the venue where charter vehicles set down and pick up on the day, and pass it on. Our city pages note the coach parking and bus zone rules councils publish: see the areas we cover.

Paperwork for the business

Ask for a written quote that lists each run, the waiting time and any after-hours rate, and the operator's ABN for your accounts. Ask how the operator is accredited in each state you travel through. Then send a request.

Corporate and Event Transport: questions

Can one request cover several days?

Yes. Put the first day's date on the form and list the other days and runs in the box at the end.

Can you arrange buses in two cities?

Send one request for each city, so each goes to an operator that works there.
