Dubbo Regional Airport
According to Dubbo Regional Council, Dubbo Regional Airport operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with no curfew, and it handled over 190,000 passengers in the last financial year the council reported. With no curfew a group may land late, so put the flight number and arrival time in the request and the pickup can be planned around them.

If the event is on or affects a road, the council's 2023 booking form asks for a Special Events Transport Form at least four months ahead. Coach and shuttle plans can be worked into it.
